Success with AdWords

Part of my day job involves managing Google AdWords accounts for our clients and search engine optimisation. The other part is web development. I enjoy both parts, and am constantly reading to stay up-to-date.

In my spare time I dabble in affiliate marketing online. I’ve bought several internet marketing products over the years, with my favourites being SEO Elite, Keyword Elite, IBP and Article Submitter Pro, and I’m a paid subscriber to Perry Marshall’s newsletter.

There’s been a lot of buzz today over the new launch of The Day Job Killer.

I bought it. I think he has a strong enough reputation, given the success of his last project, Affiliate Project X, to make it a worthwhile investment. I also bought it straight away because the price WILL increase in the next few days.

I would have also liked to get the much-hyped Black Book Videos, but they were significantly into the four digits. So The Day Job Killer is currently VERY affordable.

I don’t really want to kill my day job. They’re a very talented bunch of designers and developers, and I’d still keep working with them just to see what they keep coming up with. I especially love the graphic designers’ work, as that’s my weak area. But if the successful students who trialled the The Day Job Killer before it’s release can make 1-4 hundred dollars a day, then that’s not something to sneeze at.

To success.
